53-year old female 5'6 1/2" and weighing 130 pounds underwent breast augmentation. The breast augmentation was performed through an inframammary fold (breast fold) incision using a 265 cc smooth, round silicone implant. The implant as placed in a subglandular plane (below the breast tissue; above the pectoralis muscle). The patient's breast size went from a 34 B to a 36 D.
