Breast Augmentation Case #1105

26-year old female 5'4" and weighing 115 pounds needed a breast revision due to a history of capsular contraction. She underwent an implant exchange for capsulotomy of the breasts. The breast augmentation was performed through a peri-areolar (edge of nipple) incision using 250 cc smooth, round silicone implants. The implant was placed in a dual plane, partially beneath the pectoral muscle. The patient exchanged 350 cc saline implants for 250 cc silicone implants.
