BREAST LIFT & AUGMENTATION: 35-year old female 5'6" weighing 137 pounds lost breast volume and shape after having children. She was most concerned with the droopy appearance, the stretched out skin, and lack of upper breast volume. She underwent a vertical lollipop mastopexy, combined with a dual plane breast augmentation using 270 cc saline gel breast implants to improve her breast shape. The patient's breast size went from a 34 B to a 34 C/D.
