BREAST REDUCTION & MASTOPEXY: 40-year old female 5'1" and weighing 120 pounds underwent bilateral breast mastopexy and reduction for breasts that were sagging and patient felt the breasts were too large for her body. Patient also underwent an areola reduction. A vertical breast reduction was performed with a combination of liposuction and removal of breast tissue and skin utilizing a lollipop incision. Her bra size was reduced from a 34 C/D to a 34 B/C. Patient wanted to be slightly smaller and lifted.
