54-year old female was concerned with jawline definition, facial and neck laxity. She underwent a face lift and an endoscopic brow lift, which gave her elevated cheeks and a sculpted jawline. The patient felt that her overall lack of contour and skin laxity made her look older and less awake. She felt that she appeared angry, older and tired because of her forehead and brow depression and shape. The procedure involved a minimal incision endoscopic brow lift using 3. 0 Endotines. In addition, disruption and partial removal of her forehead depressor muscles was performed. A lower eyelid blepharoplasty was performed to create a more youthful upper eyelid contour.
