63-year-old female was presenting with facial lipoatrophy, the loss of subcutaneous fat on the face. Patient desired more volume throughout her face. To address increasing the volume of her face and to treat facial lipoatrophy, a full facial fat transfer was performed. The procedure involved a total of 60 cc’s of harvested fat. All fat was placed in small aliquots on multiple passes, which led to profound improvement in her facial fullness.
