The patient likes the frontal view of her nose. She wasn’t really looking to change the size. But, in the side view, there’s a bump right at the top by the bridge. Dr. Elie Levine removed that bump. He also, ever so slightly, refined the tip of the nose, resulting in a complete facial balance. The patient was very pleased with her natural look.
