Breast Augmentation Case #1016

25-year old female 5'2" and weighing 110 pounds underwent breast augmentation. The breast augmentation was performed through a trans-axillary incision (using an endoscope and camera to perform the surgery under the arm). A 270 cc smooth, round saline implant was placed in a dual plane (partially underneath the pectoral muscle). The patient's breast size went from a 32A to a 32 C.
