26 year old female who is 5’4’’ and weighing 110 pounds underwent a breast augmentation. The breast augmentation was performed through a peri-areolar (edge of nipple) incision using a 304 cc smooth, round silicone implant. The implant was placed in a dual plane (partially underneath the pectoral muscle). The patient’s breast size went from a 34A/B to a 34C
