Breast Augmentation Case #1038

34-year-old female 5'3" and weighig 115 pounds underwent breast augmentation. Five years prior she had undergone a breast lift. Two years after the breast lift, the patient lost 30 pounds. The breast augmentation was performed through an inframammary incision using a 270 cc smooth, round saline implant. The implant was placed in a dual plane (partially underneath the muscle). The patient's breast size went from a 34B to a 34C.
