33-year-old female, 5'4", and weighing 120 pounds underwent breast augmentation. The breast augmentation was performed through a peri-areolar (edge of nipple) incision using 240 cc smooth, round silicone implants. The implant was placed in a dual plane (partially underneath the pectoral muscle). The patient's cup size went from a 32A to 32C.
