32-year-old female, 5'7", and weighing 110 pounds underwent breast augmentation. The breast augmentation was performed through a peri-areolar (edge of nipple) incision using 265 cc smooth, round silicone implants. The implant was placed in a dual plane (partially underneath the pectoral muscle). The patient's cup size went from a 32AA to 32C.
