24-year-old female, 5'2", and weighing 127 pounds underwent breast augmentation. The breast augmentation was performed through a peri-areolar (edge of nipple) incision using 250 cc’s smooth, round saline implants. The implant was placed in a dual plane (partially underneath the pectoral muscle). The patient's cup size went from a 34A to 34C.
