38-year-old female, 5'6", and weighing 130 pounds underwent breast augmentation. The breast augmentation was performed through a peri-areolar (edge of nipple) incision using a 304 cc smooth, round silicone implant. The implant was placed in a dual plane (partially underneath the pectoral muscle). The patient's breast size went from a 36 A/B to a 34 B/C.
