50-year-old female, 5' 6", and weighing 120 pounds underwent breast augmentation. Patient presented with bilateral micromastia and involutional breast changes. The breast augmentation was performed through a peri-areolar (edge of nipple) incision using a 235cc smooth, round silicone implants. The implant was placed in a dual plane (partially underneath the pectoral muscle). The patient's breast size went from a 34 B to a 34 C.
