31-year-old female, 5'4", and weighing 110 pounds underwent breast augmentation. The breast augmentation was performed through a peri-areolar (edge of nipple) incision using a smooth, round silicone implant. The implant was placed in a dual plane (partially underneath the pectoral muscle). The patient's breast size went from a 32 B to a 32 C/D.
