BREAST LIFT & AUGMENTATION: 30-year old female 4'11" weighing 108 pounds lost breast volume after having children. She was most concerned with the droopy appearance, the lack of upper breast volume, and the oversized areolas. She underwent a bilateral mastopexy and areola reduction, combined with a dual plane breast augmentation using 350 cc saline gel breast implants to improve her breast shape. The patient's breast size went from a 34A to a 34C/D.
