37 year old female 5'4" weighing 160 pounds who lost breast volume and shape after having two children and losing 70 pounds after her last child. She was most concerned with with the droopy appearance and lack of upper breast volume. She underwent a vertical lollipop mastopexy and maintained her 38 C/D cup chest while improving her breast shape.
