BREAST LIFT AND AUGMENTATION: 43-year-old female, 5'9", and weighing 160 pounds underwent a breast lift and breast augmentation after weight loss. She was most concerned with the droopy appearance. She underwent a vertical lollipop mastopexy and augmentation with silicone implants, while improving her breast shape. The patient's breast size went from a 36 B to a 36 D.
