BREAST LIFT & AUGMENTATION: 28-year old female 5'3", weighing 155 pounds lost breast volume and shape after having multiple children. She was most concerned with the droopy appearance, the stretched out skin, and lack of upper breast volume. She underwent a vertical lollipop mastopexy, combined with a dual plane breast augmentation using 295 cc silicone gel breast implants to improve her breast shape. Patient went from a 34A to a 34C bra size.
