35-year old female lost breast volume and shape after having children. She was most concerned with the droopy appearance and lack of upper breast volume. She underwent a bilateral mastopexy, combined with a lifting technique, which lifts and reshapes the breasts to give fullness both above and below the areola. Patient maintained bust size, while improving her breast shape.
