54-year old female 5'3" and weighing 180 pounds underwent bilateral breast reduction for symptomatic large breasts. A vertical breast reduction was performed with a combination of liposuction and removal of breast tissue and skin, utilizing a lollipop incision. Her bra size was reduced from a 38 DDD to a 38 C+. Her back, shoulder, and neck pain were eliminated after undergoing the procedure.
