38-year old female 5'4" and weighing 140 pounds underwent bilateral breast reduction for symptomatic large breasts. A vertical breast reduction was performed with a combination of liposuction and removal of breast tissue and skin utiliizing a lollipop incision with a short inframammary fold (breast fold) incision. Her bra size was reduced from a 34 DDD to a 34 C/D. Her back, shoulder, and neck pain were eliminated after undergoing the procedure.
