BREAST REDUCTION & LIFT: 58-year old female 5'5" and weighing 176 pounds was most concerned with the droopy appearance, larger breasts, and lack of upper breast volume. She underwent a vertical lollipop mastopexy and a bilateral breast reduction, which was performed with a combination of liposuction and removal of breast tissue, utilizing a lollipop incision. Her bra size was reduced from a 38DDD to a 38C. Her back, shoulder, and neck pain were eliminated after undergoing the procedure.
