67-year-old female concerned with brow, facial and neck aesthetics underwent a face lift, an endoscopic brow lift, and a neck lift. She felt that she appeared older and tired because of her forehead, her sagging jowls and excess skin on her neck. The procedure involved a minimal incision endoscopic brow lift using 3. 0 Endotines. In addition, disruption and partial removal of her forehead depressor muscles was performed. A platysmaplasty was performed to create a more youthful contoured neck. To address the volume loss, fat grafting/ fat transfer was performed using a micro droplet technique with volume added to the eyes to address the hollowness, to the cheeks to create a more youthful look, and to the nasolabial folds to soften them.
