LIPOSUCTION AND GLUTEAL FAT TRANSFER: 53-year-old female, 5'5", and weighing 180 pounds was concerned with fatty deposits in her back and flank region after a history of multiple child births. In addition, she was concerned with the laxity on her buttocks. She had (RFAL) liposuction to the back and flanks with the removal of 2400cc’s of fat and a gluteal fat transfer to the buttocks.
