23 year old male 5'7" weighing 150 pounds underwent a buttock lift . The patient was concerned with loss of volume and lack of shape in his buttocks after losing 100 pounds from diet and excercise. He underwent a buttock lift and lower body lift with improved shape of his buttocks.
