40 year old female desired improving the balance to her facial structure with chin enhancement surgery. Patient underwent mentoplasty to reshape the chin by adding an implant, combined with radio frequency-assisted liposuction to her neck and jawline. The implant was placed through a submental incision under the chin. The enhancement of the chin improves the contours of the neck and jawline.
