Patient is a 40-year-old male presenting with bilateral upper eyelid dermatochalasis due to genetic upper eyelid aging. Patient underwent an eyelid lift to remove hooding on the upper lids. He was concerned with eyelid laxity, tired appearance, and droopy upper lids. An upper eyelid blepharoplasty was performed to create a more youthful, smoother, tighter eyelid.
