Eyelid Surgery Case #1587

Patient is a 54-year-old female presenting with bilateral upper eyelid dermatochalasis. Patient underwent an upper eyelid lift and hyaluronic acid filler to the under eye area. She was concerned with upper eyelid puffiness, tired appearance, excess upper lid skin and loss of volume to the under eye area. An upper eyelid blepharoplasty was performed to create a more youthful, smoother, tighter eye lid, along with hyaluronic acid to fill the under eye
