61-year-old male was presenting with the loss of subcutaneous fat on the face, after a gastric bypass, losing over 100 pounds, and a Face and Neck Lift. Patient desired more volume throughout his face. To address increasing the volume of his face a full facial fat transfer was performed. All fat was placed in small aliquots on multiple passes, which led to profound improvement in his facial fullness.
