Levinelift Case #1988
Before
After

56-year-old female with facial aging underwent a face lift, fat grafting/transfer, and an endoscopic brow lift. She was concerned with jowls, facial laxity, drawn thin face, deep nasolabial folds, sunken eyes, tired appearance, brow ptosis, and forehead wrinkles. The procedure involved a facelift that included an extended SMAS to help address the jowls, recreate the jawline, and treat the midface laxity. In addition, a minimal incision endoscopic brow lift was performed to address the tired appearance of the eyes and treat the forehead wrinkles. To address the volume loss, fat grafting/ fat transfer was performed using a micro-droplet technique with volume added to the eyes to address the hollowness, to the cheeks to create a more youthful look, and to the nasolabial folds to soften them.
