36-year-old female, 5’2”, and weighing 156 pounds was concerned with excess volume and fatty deposits along her abdomen, flanks, and back. She underwent a combination of traditional suction assisted liposuction, (RFAL) radio frequency-assisted liposuction and gluteal fat transfer with the removal of 4900 cc’s of fat.
