37-year-old female, 5’4”, and weighing 176 pounds presented with lipodystrophy, excess volume, fatty deposits and skin laxity along her flanks and back. Performed (RFAL) radio-frequency assisted liposuction with removal of 2500 cc’s of fat from back and flanks.
