48 year old female 5'3" weighing 155 pounds developed laxity and loose skin around her abdomen, flanks, hips, thighs and back after losing 90 pounds through a laparoscopic gastric bypass and diet and excercise modification. She underwent a lower body lift with flank and back liposuction with improved body shape and a new level of confidence. Her dress size decreased from a 10 to a 6/8.
