38 year old mother of 2 who is 5'3" and weighs 123 pounds underwent breast augmentation. The breast augmentation was performed through a peri-areolar (edge of nipple) incision using a 300 cc smooth round saline implant. The implant was placed in a dual plane (partially underneath the pectoral muscle). The patient's breast size went from a 34B to a 34 C.
