38 year old mother of 2 children who is 5'6" and weighs 130 pounds underwent breast augmentation. The breast augmentation was performed through a peri-areolar (edge of nipple) incision using a 304 cc smooth round silicone implant. The implant was placed in a dual plane (partially underneath the pectoral muscle). The patient's breast size went from a 36 A/B to a 34 B/C.
