This 50-year old patient who is 5'5", weighing 189 pounds was concerned loose abdominal skin and muscle laxity after multiple childbirths. She underwent an abdominoplasty, which included the tightening of her abdominal wall and a combination of traditional suction assisted liposuction and (RFAL) radio frequency-assisted liposuction. She was also concerned with the laxity on her buttocks. Doctor removed 1500 cc’s from her abdomen to harvest for a gluteal fat transfer to her buttocks, transferred 450 cc’s to the left buttocks and 550 cc’s to the right buttocks.
