This 28-year old patient who is 5'3" weighing 155 pounds was concerned with lost breast volume, stretched out skin, lack of upper breast volume, loose abdominal skin, muscle laxity, and diastasis recti after having multiple children. She underwent a vertical lollipop mastopexy, combined with a dual plane breast augmentation, using 295 cc silicone gel breast implants to improve her breast shape, and a tummy tuck, which included tightening of her abdominal wall. Patient’s breast size went from a 34A to a 34C bra size.
