43-year-old female, 5'8", and weighing 160 pounds developed laxity and loose skin along her entire thighs after losing 143 pounds through a combination of a gastric bypass, improved diet, and increased exercise. She underwent a bilateral extended medial thigh left in conjunction with inner thigh and knee liposuction with improved contour and shape.
