This 41 year old female 5'6" weighing 165 pounds was concerned with loose abdominal skin, muscle laxity, and fatty deposits in her flank area. In addition she had an unattractive contracted abdominal scar from prior surgery that she wanted removed as well. She underwent an abdominoplasty, scar and scar tissue removal, flank liposuction, and tightening of her abdominal wall.
