Description:
BREAST AUGMENTATION REVISION: 27-year-old
female, 5'4", and weighing 115 pounds underwent breast augmentation
revision. Patient presented with capsular contracture, breast deformity and
history of right breast hemotoma. The patient had a bilateral breast
capulotomy, partial capsulectomy, and implant exchange with silicone implants.
The breast augmentation was performed through a peri-areolar (edge of nipple)
incision using 250 cc smooth, round silicone implants. The implant was placed
in a dual plane (partially underneath the pectoral muscle). The patient's
breast size remained a 32C.
