Patient is a 41-year-old female presenting with bilateral upper eyelid dermatochalasis due to early genetic upper eyelid aging. Patient underwent an eyelid lift of her upper lids. She was concerned with upper eyelid laxity, tired appearance, and droopy upper lids. An upper eyelid blepharoplasty was performed to create a more youthful, smoother, tighter eyelid.
