66-year-old female with facial aging underwent a face lift and full neck lift. She was concerned with jowls, facial laxity, drawn thin face, deep nasolabial folds, sunken eyes, and tired appearance. The procedure involved an open face lift that included an extended SMAS to help address the jowls, recreate the jaw line, and treat the mid-face laxity, as well as a full neck lift.
