Facelift Facelift F23
Description:
56-year-old female with facial aging underwent a face lift, fat grafting/transfer and an endoscopic brow lift. She was concerned with jowls, facial laxity, drawn thin face, deep nasolabial folds, sunken eyes, tired appearance, brow ptosis and forehead wrinkles. The procedure involved a facelift that included an extended SMAS to help address the jowls, recreate the jaw line, and treat the midface laxity. In addition, a minimal incision endoscopic brow lift was performed to address the tired appearance of the eyes and treat the forehead wrinkles. To address the volume loss, fat grafting/ fat transfer was performed using a micro droplet technique with volume added to the eyes to address the hollowness, to the cheeks to create a more youthful look, and to the nasolabial folds to soften them.
