43 year old female 5'6" weighing 152 pounds developed laxity and loose skin around her abdomen, flanks, hips, thighs and back after losing 130 pounds through a gastric bypass and diet and excercise modification. In addition, she developed a large abdominal hernia after her bariatric surgery. She underwent a lower body lift, hernia repair, flank and back liposuction with improved body shape. These procedures were performed in a staged fashion. The first stage involved an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and hernia repair. The second stage included the posterior body lift combined with flank and back liposuction. Her dress size decreased from a 10 to a 4/6.
