This 31 year
old patient who is 5'2" weighing 150 pounds was concerned with sagging
breasts, with loose abdominal skin, muscle laxity, diastasis recti, excess fat
of her flanks, and arms resulting from weight loss and multiple child births.
Patient had a
vertical breast lift, utilizing a lollipop incision. She underwent an
abdominoplasty, which included tightening of her abdominal wall. She had a
combination of suction assisted lipectomy (SAL) and SmartLipo to slim and
contour patient’s waist, flanks, and arms removing 1700 cc’s from her flanks
and 100 cc’s from her arms.
