Neck Lift/Platysmaplasty Neck Lift F-None 1
Description:
58-year-old female with facial aging underwent a face
lift, neck lift, fat grafting/transfer, and a chin augmentation. She was
concerned with neck laxity, a small chin, jowls, and facial laxity. The
procedure involved a platysmaplasty to address the neck laxity and a
facelift that included an extended SMAS to help address the jowls, recreate the
jaw line, and treat the midface laxity. In addition, a chin augmentation was
performed to address the poor neck contour and small chin. To treat the volume
loss, fat grafting/ fat transfer was performed using a micro droplet technique
with volume added to the cheeks and marionette area to create a more youthful
look and to the nasolabial folds to soften them.
