59-year-old
female, 5'5", and weighing 190 pounds was concerned with loose abdominal
skin, muscle laxity, and fatty deposits in her back and flank region after a
history of multiple child births. In addition, she was concerned with the
volume loss and laxity on her buttocks.
She underwent an abdominoplasty, which included tightening of her
abdominal wall, RFAL (radio frequency-assisted lipolysis) a minimally invasive
liposuction procedure to the back and flanks, and gluteal fat transfer to the
buttocks.
