35-year-old female, 5'5", and weighing 150 pounds was concerned with loose abdominal skin, muscle laxity, and fatty deposits in her flank area. In addition, she was concerned with the rolls of fat around her umbilicus (belly button). She underwent an abdominoplasty, flank liposuction, and tightening of her abdominal wall.
